— Our Story

"Steel Dream" is a story of turning weapons into hope, and ruins into symbols of rebirth. In April 2022, while our team was helping dispatch steel for anti-tank hedgehogs instead of working on standard construction projects, we were already planning the reconstruction of Ukraine's affected cities.

The initial reports of large-scale devastation, particularly in Mariupol, prompted us to take action. We began with a meticulous analysis, studying every destroyed city and every lost building to understand the genuine needs of the people and the scope of the future reconstruction. This analysis became the foundation of "Steel Dream" — an ambitious plan for Ukraine's revival, rooted in innovative technologies and steel-frame construction.

What started as a single concept for an 8-story building has evolved today into 13 prefabricated designs, ranging from comfortable residential properties to modern schools, hospitals, and secure shelters. We have designed blueprint quarters for Mariupol and Bakhmut, and we are currently working on layout concepts for Trostianets, Hlukhiv, and the Luhansk Regional Military Administration. Furthermore, a project creating a dedicated residential quarter for displaced Bakhmut residents is already being implemented in Hoshcha (Rivne region).

This is a universal platform designed for the entire construction market of Ukraine. We are open to cooperation and are already combining forces with the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories, the Ministry of Defence, the State Emergency Service, local authorities, international funds, and private developers. Our goal is to provide every client with fast, transparent, and reliable steel-based solutions to implement projects of national and local significance.
